  • In our standard service, we will clean the Kitchen, Living Room, Offices, Hallways, bathrooms, and Laundry Rooms.

    Kitchen:

    Sweep and mop floors.
    Clean Countertops.
    Dust Windows.
    Top, front handle on the fridge.
    Clean tables and eating area.
    Shine stainless steel.
    Wash stools, chairs.
    Clean sink, faucet, drains.
    Clean glass doors, mirrors, tables.
    Empty garbage and take the trash out. 
    Dust furniture.
    Dust general areas.
    Clean inside and outside microwaves.
    Vacuum carpets and area rugs.

    Living Room:
    Clean mirrors, tables, TV's.
    Vacuum carpets and area rugs
    Dust knickknacks.
    Dust furniture.
    Swiffer, sweep, and mop floors.
    Empty Garbage.
    Dust window sills.

    Exit, Entry & Hallways:
    Wash stair railing.
    Dust furniture.
    Clean windows, mirrors, and glass.
    Vacuum carpets and area rug.
    Swiffer, sweep, and mop floors.

    Bedrooms:
    Empty garbage.
    Clean glass, mirrors, table, and TV.
    Dust furniture.
    Dust window seals.
    Vacuum carpet.
    Swiffer, sweep, and mop floors.
    Dust knickknacks.
    Make the bed and change liners (please strip dirty sheets and leave clean sheets on the bed).

    Bathrooms:
    General dusting.
    Clean toilet.
    Empty garbage.
    Clean windows and glass.
    Swiffer, sweep, and mop floors.
    Clean countertops, sink, faucets.
    Clean tub, showers, jacuzzi.
    Dust Window seal.
    Vacuum area rugs.

    Laundry Room:
    Clean sink, fauet, drain, and countertops.
    Empty garbage.
    Clean front, top washer, dryers.
    Swiffer, sweep, and mop floors.
    Dust window seals.

Deep Cleaning

  • In our deep cleaning services, we will do everything from our standard level and focus heavily on extra cleaning services.

    Include all the Standard Services plus the following:

    Vacuum the edges of the carpet.
    Wash railing.
    Dust ceiling corners - up to 13 feet high ceiling.
    Dust outside of vents.
    Dust light fixtures.
    Dust ceiling fans.
    Wash light switchplates.
    Dust cobwebs - up to 12 feet high ceiling.
    Dust window trims.
    Wash the outside of all cabinets.
    Wash doors, knobs, and handles.
    Dust blinds, shutters (wood only).
    Wash reachable baseboards.
